Once the analysis phase is completed, all required documentation, system specifications, and design diagrams are prepared and submitted to the client for review and approval. Upon approval, RadNet proceeds to the implementation phase, where our development team transforms the approved designs into a fully functional software solution. The Backend Development Team implements the server-side business logic, application workflows, APIs, security mechanisms, and core processing engine that power the software and ensure reliable communication between the user interface and the database.

Throughout the implementation phase, the progress of each core development team—including UI/UX Design, Database Engineering, and Backend Development—is continuously monitored and reported to the assigned Project Manager. The Project Manager consolidates this information and provides regular progress updates to the client, ensuring complete transparency throughout the project lifecycle. The Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing Team evaluates every software component submitted for review by the Project Manager. Through systematic functional testing, validation, and performance analysis, the team identifies potential issues, verifies compliance with project requirements, and delivers detailed test reports to support continuous quality improvement. Documentation is maintained throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. Comprehensive technical and functional documentation ensures that system objectives are clearly defined, simplifies future maintenance, supports scalability, and provides a solid foundation for future enhancements and long-term system evolution.

Once the initial version of the software is completed, it is delivered to the client for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). During this phase, the client reviews the system, evaluates its functionality against the approved requirements, and provides feedback or requests any necessary modifications. These requests are coordinated and managed by the assigned Project Manager to ensure they are implemented efficiently and in accordance with the project scope. Following the final delivery and deployment, the project enters the Deployment and Maintenance phase. During this stage, the software is continuously monitored to ensure stable operation, optimal performance, and system reliability. The RadNet team provides ongoing maintenance, issue resolution, performance optimization, and technical support to keep the solution secure, up-to-date, and aligned with the client's evolving business needs.

After the software has been in production for a period of time and has been used in real-world conditions, user feedback and operational analysis help identify any remaining defects or unexpected behaviors that may not have been apparent during earlier testing phases. All reported issues are documented and submitted to the Project Control and Quality Management Team, where they are analyzed, prioritized, and assigned for resolution. RadNet systematically addresses software bugs, edge cases, and unforeseen scenarios to improve system stability, reliability, and overall performance, ensuring the application continues to meet the highest quality standards throughout its lifecycle.

As business requirements evolve, clients may require new features, enhancements, or workflow improvements to be added to the software. In such cases, the client's request is submitted to the assigned RadNet Project Manager for technical evaluation, feasibility analysis, and cost estimation. Once approved, the requested enhancements enter RadNet's standard software development lifecycle. The Analysis Team defines the functional requirements, and the Development Team implements the new capabilities following the same structured process used throughout the project. This approach ensures that every enhancement is fully documented, thoroughly tested, and seamlessly integrated into the existing system while maintaining quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
